Seymour Home Consulting, Inc. is a licensed engineering corporation which specializes in home and building inspection. We have been in the business of providing quality inspection services to the buying public for many years. Our inspectors have performed over 10,000 fee paid inspections on all types, sizes and age of homes.

We do offer commercial inspection services, and have inspected many industrial,  commercial and institutional buildings.

Our objective is to provide unbiased timely advice to our clients to improve their odds when purchasing property. We feel no need to minimize or exaggerate any condition we may find.

Seymour Home consulting is an independently owned and operated company, not a franchise. The owners are involved in the day to day operations of the company. In fact, all inspections are done by the owners, not by (salaried or commissioned) employees.

Who Are We ?

We are experienced licensed engineers and home inspectors registered with the OAHI (Ontario Association of Home inspectors), and PEO (Professional Engineers of Ontario). This is all we do; we have no motive to minimize or exaggerate any condition.
